Welcome
Welcome to Trinity International Concert Choir! Trinity International Concert Choir, e.V. (TICC) represents the multi-cultural community within the Rhein-Main area. The choir is hosted by Trinity Lutheran Church of Frankfurt, an ecumenical, English-speaking congregation serving the greater Frankfurt area. The choir is not only international, it is also extremely inter-cultural. It has a current membership of almost sixty singers, representing 18 different nationalities!
TICC began in early 2010 as the "Messiah Project" and stemmed from the desire to have more musical contact with the
international churches and intercultural communities within the Greater Frankfurt area.
In November 2013 our next concert will be "A Portrait of TICC", a mixed program of works that profiles the diverse cultural background of our choir members. The program features works from the English Renaissance, 19th-century Germany (Mendelssohn and Brahms), 20th-century France (Duruflé and Poulenc), as well as sacred Russian music (selections from Rachmaninoff’s Vespers) and some American Spirituals, arranged for a-cappella-choir by Norman Luboff, William Dawson and others.
